0157 Masterbatch Bridge Countermeasures
The issue of frequent bridge occurrences is resolved by the installation of ridge breakers.
In the manufacturing process hopper, bridging of the masterbatch frequently occurred, and it was addressed through manual hammering and other methods. However, by installing the bridge breaker recommended by our company, we were able to resolve the issue. 【Overview】 ■ Main raw materials: 60% TiO2, 40% pellets ■ Hopper size: 1200×1200 ■ Installation position and number of bridge breakers: - For the corner hopper, one unit each on the lower and upper levels for each side, totaling 8 units installed. - The lower units are installed at the left and right centers of each side, while the upper units are installed towards the corners in the same direction for each side (this reduces the risk of material remaining in the four corners). ■ Operating method: - The 8 installed bridge breakers are divided into 4 locations with 2 units each and turned on sequentially. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. * Our website features numerous implementation examples, which can be checked via the link below.
